Common questions
How long does registration take?
The Enterprise Register reviews the application within 1–3 working days of filing. Preparing the documents usually takes one day.
Can a foreigner set up an SIA?
Yes. You need an e-signature or a notarised signature, plus a legal address in Latvia, which we can provide.
