2. What data we process
- Request form data: name, email or phone, country, service and message
- Client data and documents needed to perform the contract
- Client identification data required by the Latvian Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism and Proliferation Financing

4. Retention
Requests that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to 12 months. Client documents and identification data are kept as long as Latvian law requires.
5. Recipients
Data may be shared with our technical service providers (hosting, email, form processing) and with state institutions where the law requires it. Where a provider is outside the EEA, we use standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct and erase your data, restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format. Write to hello@taxlab.lv. You may complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv).
